What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
We are based in The Republic of Ireland and ship regular or tracked post worldwide. Transit time to USA 5-7 working days, Australia 5-7 working days, UK and Europe 2-3 working days. (Working days are listed as business days and does not include weekends) If you have not received your order in 14 days, please contact us.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
Regular, free postage is done without tracking numbers. This is not registered or insured, to keep your purchase as affordable as possible. If you would prefer your item sent by 'Track and Trace' registered post, you can select that option at checkout. Track and Trace will cost an additional €10.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we supply shops worldwide. We offer generous discounts for bulk orders; ideal for corporate gifts and wedding favors, etc.
Do you accept custom orders?
We would be delighted to amend any design (colour, material used, size, etc) to suit your requirements. Contact us for instruction and pricing.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
If, for whatever reason, an order has to be returned, please contact us first and we can discuss how best to rectify it.
How will I know when you’ve received my returned item?
Once a returned order has been received, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Items can be returned for exchange with all shipping costs paid by the buyer, please contact us first before any items are returned.
